Useless company!!!

I signed up for for uncapped fiber package with Rsa web as my ISP. My installation was done on the 19 June 2020 and my router delivered as well. My Fiber till this day has not been activated. I have contacted both vumatel and sadv but was not assisted. I have spoken to their installation manager as well who keeps saying the tech's will come to site to rectify the error but still no assistance. Please do not sign up with this company!
