Useless company and infrastructure.

Since the 1st of July, I have been struggling to get internet at my house. First, it was VOX refusing to release my line and now it is the useless Vumatel systems that keep on saying I have an active line. First, you guys install the fiber line to my house and now every time when changing the service provider is always a hustle. I wonder why you blocked all the communication channels and yet there is your infrastructure at my house. I have been trying all the means to get internet and even today the new ISP would tell me that they are waiting for the feedback from you guys.

This is very annoying because your system is created to make us suffer. Just imagine I am working from home and I have a useless fiber line, that means now I am spending a lot on data because there is no feedback at all.

YOU GUYS SHOULD UNBLOCK MY LINE SO THAT I CAN HAVE INTERNET OR YOU SHOULD COME AND REMOVE THIS USELESS LINE
