Useless and very Poor Service

Can you guys come and remove this useless uncapped fibre...we've been out of internet for the past 5 days now..we phoned vumatel on the 19th last week friday morning ,that we lost signal on our internet and this is the only thing they gave us,the isp294833 number....when we phoned again on monday they said they have escalated our issue to the other department....this is so uncalled for because we pay for their service but yet they dont care about us.
