Useless, absolutely useless

Useless service. Have had them at my property numerous times and they just continue to blame the ISP who in turn blames them. Their third party customer service is beyond useless. They continue to shirk blame if you ever manage to actually get hold of them. They have escalated my issue so many times over the last month that I should be having 1 on 1 meetings with their CEO by this point. My issue is still unresolved and they continue to do nothing to assist.
