Useless

Vumatel have been doing migrations in Weltevredenpark for a while. This has led to intermittent connectivity and bad speeds for weeks. Now they have finally disconnected me. I have reported to Vox, my service provider but apparently you have to wait 72 hours before Vumatel will see if they can help you. Not the service I experienced when I signed up but obviously they don’t care about their customers anymore. I suppose I will just stop my life and business and wait for this useless company to decide if I am worthy of receiving the service I am paying for. Service is the same as any government department, totally lacking. I suppose it is time to look for alternatives because they already have too many customers to care
