Useless
I have not had internet since Monday ISP-958796 issue and no disregard or anything the most useless they should just stop the business if they do not know how to work or do anything right, i didn't choose them and would never its the area i live in, the most they can do is fix an issue when told not sleep on the job, even their so called call-center usels

17 Nov 2022, 20:03what are you talking about? who is lying to you? no one has come here, no one has resolved anything tomorrow will be Day 5 with no internet and I'm canceling my subscription, call center useless, technicians useless a guy named Obakeng blatantly lying, who resolved what and where? i told you guys there is no service light on the ONT and they must come here and check it and fix it, so who ever told you its fixed is lying, fix it or not fix it, I'm just canceling tomorrow.
