Where does one start when all that could possibly be said about your inability to meet any level of expectation or service level agreement has been expressed by the community you support. Would seem like you running in competition to the 87 dysfunctional metros in the province.

18 May 2018, 13:16Apparently they’ve been assigning technicians towards this issue since last week Thursday. Line is still down. At what point do you guys realize that there is a systemic issue with your business and relook at how issues are dealt with and trouble shoot to find a better solution?
