Use service provider with no assistance
5 days without internet. Downgraded via my ISP. Internet worked for a month. Then vumatel removes the line. Isp is blaming Vumatel. Vumatel has not provisioned my line. Going onto day 7 with no internet. Totally frustrating. Vox are none the better with useless support.

07 Aug 2024, 16:01I received a call from someone from your team telling me this will be resolved. To wait for another call. I have waited and answered all my calls. Nobody from vumatel has called to fix my issue.
