Urgent: Router Replacement Needed Due to Frequent Connectivity Issues

I’ve been using Vumatel fibre since 2020, and our current router seems to have reached the end of its life. It loses network connection every hour, requiring constant reboots, which is unsustainable. Despite expecting a call from technicians, I haven't received one. Consequently, I'm left with an unstable router while paying for a service I'm not getting. I urgently need the router replaced as it severely impacts my productivity while working from home.
