Vuma is the worst!😡😡😡

WiFi issue. I'm pushing for a prompt resolution because I've already made a payment, and I won't be eligible for a credit or refund for the days my service is not working.

To be honest, I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service From Vuma. When I contacted your team earlier, I was told that there are dozens of tokens that need attention, and that you're unsure when a technician will be assigned to me. I find this unacceptable, especially considering that I've already paid for the service.

I urge you to escalate this matter and provide me with a more concrete timeline for when I can expect a technician to visit and resolve the issue.
