Upgrade

Dear Vumatel I have upgraded my Fibre to 100MB a week ago 3 tickets has been logged with Web Africa and no1 has contacted me yet. We have rebooted the router 3 times and nothing is working. At month end you want your full money and yet I haven't even received the speed I'm paying for. This is unacceptable and bad service.
