Untidy workmanship

I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality of workmanship exhibited by the contractors utilized by Vumatel for fibre installations. Although I have not personally experienced any issues with my internet or Vumatel's services, a recent installation at my neighbor's property has highlighted some concerns.

During the installation, the contractors were required to dig to access the fibre box located outside my property. However, upon completion of the work, they left a significant amount of concrete debris on the ground and failed to restore the area to its original state. Despite assurances that they would return to neaten the cement, no further action has been taken.

I understand that the use of contractors is necessary to manage the volume of installations, but I strongly believe that it is essential to ensure that these contractors adhere to acceptable standards of workmanship and site restoration. I would appreciate it if Vumatel could emphasize the importance of tidying up after completion of work to prevent unnecessary damage to surrounding properties.
