Unstable Vumatel /Web Africa internet connection since February 2024 to date

Have been experiencing internet connection problems since February 2024.Reported the matter to Vuma via their WhatsApp numbers. I later got a message informing me that my connection problems were sorted of which was a lie. I reapeted the same process for reporting and after few days got the same message informing me that my problem was sorted. Not even a technician was sent to my premises to look at my router. Am seating with the same problem till today 13/04/2024. Vumatel/Web Africa is holding us to ransom because they don't miss a single debit but they fail to attend to our queries. They are uncontactable. U can only reach them via their lousy WhatsApp channel which is automated response only
