Unstable Fiber connection
Recently we moved our internet fiber line from Neotel to Vumatel. It was a mistake. We went from a stable fiber connection to one that is extremely erratic. We have people that work remotely with connection to the central server. The connection drops multiple times during the day. On top of it the speed goes up and down, also not consistent. Fiber is supposed to be stable, but not Vumatel. It is just totally inconsistent & frustrating. This is in Roodepoort.

07 May 2021, 09:31You don't need ticket numbers, you know that your network in Roodepoort/Johannesburg is faulty. It's even in the news. The word is that you are basically bankrupt. We are struggling as we speak, day after day. You had a technician on site yesterday telling us the fault is we are overloading the line. What nonsense. We had the same 10/10 capacity with Neotel with no problems. Usage load will slow the speed down, not break the line. If it does supposedly "break" the line then you really have a serious problem with your network. In fact, I will be changing your rating to 1 star.
