Unscheduled fibre line

I have spoken to Samukelisiwe Mabota about applying for a line at my new residence. The order was placed on 25/06 however, Vox does not know anything about the order, nor can they pick up the order on their systems. I have sent many emails to Samukelisiwe Mabota and she has not bothered to respond.
