Unsatisfied customer

I'm so tired of this ****** wifi issue ever since I took up wifi with Vuma I have been having endless issues . When I speak to the people from Vuma they tell me it's the service provider when I speak to the service provider they tell me it's Vuma this service provider is **** . I rather go to a different service provider because vuma and their service are useless it's like every month I'm being ****** I pay for a 30 day service but my wifi gets disconnected every month before the 1 when my debit order is for the 1st of every month
