Unsatisfied client

I'm not happy with vumatel paid for installation on 25th feb 2021we still not helped. We spoke to Neo who is the agent in the east rand of Gauteng he could not help, the call centre in Durban could not help, we went to vuma offices on the 13th april 2021in Leondale spoke to Nomsa who make a few calls concerning our case up until this day our case is not sorted out. A payment has been done & installation but we have not been connected to the WiFi till this day. Our last encounter with a vula agen we were told our details are not showing up on their systems which makes us wonder if we will ever be assisted
