Unsatisfied client

I had a wifi connection with this company and paid them in due time but I am not happy at all with their service,My password was blocked and I requested them to change my package but they never did ,instead debit orders continued to go through without any connection ,I called several times for assistance till today I am still not helped my wifi details are as follows ***,address is 1198 Mzimkulu Street,Lakeside Estate ,18840 please kindly reach out to them to fix this issue
