Unsaticfactory service Mweb and Vumatel

I have been back and forth between Vumate and Mweb for the past two weeks just to get my newly installed fibre line working. I app**** for the fibre installation through mweb on the 3rd of April 2020. My fibre installation (done by Vumatel) was done on the 9th of April 2020. It is now the 7th of May 2020 and I am still not able to use my fibre line. This is absolutely pathetic, yesterday I spent 4 hours phoning both Vumatel and Mweb trying to get this problem sorted to no avail. Everytime I phone either of the two companies, it ends in them telling me that the problem lies with the other and so its back and forth between the two. They cant use the lockdown as an excuse because both of these companoes are it based and can work on the problem remotely. Therefore my rating thus far for the service recieved from bothe companies would be 0 out of 10.
