Unresolved Fibre Outage & Poor Service - Bushkoppies Nancefield Service,
I reported my fibre outage to Vumatel on Tuesday. Despite daily follow-ups, the issue persists. On Thursday, I was told the job was done, but the line remains down. Today, I called 5 times without response.
