Review Title: Unreliable Wi-Fi & Poor Support

I had my Wi-Fi installed on the 9th, and unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing. The connection is inconsistent on the days it does work, it suddenly stops working around 7pm without any explanation.

This has been very frustrating, especially since I rely on stable internet access. It feels like I’m not getting the service I’m paying for. I expected a reliable connection, but instead I’m dealing with constant interruptions.

I would really appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible, or at the very least, receive proper communication and support regarding what’s causing the problem.
