Unreliable technical team

For the second consecutive week I am now completing 2 days without internet. The cause was a cable disrupted by Johannesburg Water Department. However, Vumatel has not yet took a solution together with JWD to solve that. Unfortunately, Vumatel maintenance team telephone was not working and nobody else could help me to try to figure out when the fiber would be fixed. I called again and again and keep receiving different information all time. In conclusion, there is any technician in the area to fix the fiber as I told so.
