Unreliable service very poor service

I'm Mohau Mahlangu, made a payment for installation on 26/3/2024 for vuma fibre and received a sms stating that within 2 working days they will call me for installation, but called on Easter holiday 29/3/2024 while I was in church, when they could not get hold of me sent email which I responded that they may call me after 12 but did not, sent countless emails without success till today I have not received an response from the very unprofessional.
