Unreliable service provider

Vumatel's employees refuse to put their customers first. I needed assistance since Friday from Vumatel. You would think they would help you as soon as possible considering it's a long weekend. Nope they don't care, in fact all they are interested in is their turn around time. Yet we pay for the service and they should be responsible for maintain it. I guess they are too big a business to care about one customer at this point. Thanks for nothing unreliable service provider.
