Unreliable Service

Vumatel’s service is becoming the most unreliable service i this country. The intervals in which my fibre goes down is increasing much like the crime in the country. A week ago down for 3 days, no explanation. Yesterday down for half a day, no explanation, again down today and no explanation or expected ETA on repair. Just an “Oh we’ll maybe get some feedback from the techies in an hour!”
