Unreliable and horrible customer service.

My connection has been down for a week. Every time I try and find out what's going on, they're "doing maintenance" but it should be restored soon. Then it gets restored for 2 hours and it's out again. Their customer service is horrible as they don't respond or have any empathy for their customers. They just BS their way and as long as you pay they don't care.
