Unreliable

Unreliable I have been having issue with the connection from Thursday 18th July the connection just goes off with no explanation or resolution time. The connection goes off from 14h00 until 16h00 today was the worst it went off 13:17 only came back 16h58 and I'm supposed to be working from home. Now how do I explain to my superiors why I am offline during working hours. That time I am expected to make payments on time and the lost time is not compensated in any form during lost connection.
