Unprofessional/non-existing support

I am having issues with the modem that Vumatel installed. When I try get support I get referred to my ISP Webafrica, who has logged a call with Vuma (ISP-522583) "ISP-522583 this is your ref number sir, vuma will be in contact with you as soon as they can", because they can't help me. I simply need access to my modem because the modem/router has been glued to the wall, thereby obscuring the access details. Vuma doesn't want to provide support and Webafrica neither. Vuma has made no effort to contact me at all
