UNPROFESSIONAL VUMATEL

I didnot pay my vuma subscription for the month of september so it was disconnected,end of September i paid for October and it was reconnected with a new password this password disconnects from all devices every now & then i logged a compain with vuma and as always they promised to call back or a technician will call me its been 2weeks now no call nothing...that's vuma for you
