Unprofessional service

Im so upset with how you guys do things. I changed my package from prepaid to recurring and no one knows whats going on ive been going back and forth almost this whole month now with my isp and you guys seem to be the problem. You ask the stupidest questions its like you dont know how to do your jobs properly. Asking HOW the change was dont how the hell must we know when you guys did it. And when i try to contact you on facebook you wanna tell me contact your isp why? You guys are the problem. Sort your stuff out or i will take this further to the ispa. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!!!
