Unprofessional & extremely poor Customer service
Vumatel have to be the absolute worst to deal with. Their Customer service is non-existent & their service is extremely unprofessional. They simply do not pitch for confirmed installation appointments & thereafter do not even respond to the reason why. If this is their starting point, I would not wish to entertain nor experience any further relationship with them. They most certainly make the competition look like absolute professionals.

03 May 2019, 08:16Further to the previous reviews, I must state that Vumatel & their appointed installer (Picture Perfect Installations) rectified the issues experienced. A new installation date was scheduled - the installation Teams arrived promptly, Fibre installation was conducted professionally & activation took place the same day. Thank you.
