Unprofessional Bad Service

Worst experience ever. They went on to install fibre withiht contacting or confirming with me first and ended up installing at the wrong house, now I am paying for fibre that I am not using, I tries calling requesting assistance but all they say is its active, but where???? So im basically IM paying for someone and they refuse to come and uninstall it. I dont know what to do at this moment, they cant even refund me because they say the fibre is active.
