Unprofessional and frustrating installation

If you have options, choose literally anyone else. More than a week ago I got a confirmation through my ISP Afrihost that Vumatel would call me to schedule an installation. After I had to hound them for an appointment, their installers didn’t bother to show up or call to reschedule today. The frustrating this is you can’t even call them directly unless you’re calling the new product line, who will also tell you that they don’t have a call centre, they will send an email and the installations are outsourced.

If it wasn’t for the fact that they are the only providers for my complex, I would literally go with anyone else. Anyone!
