Unprofessional and failure to deliver

On the 6th of February, I app**** for fibre installation and I paid R400. They promised to do the installation within 3 - 7 days. On the 9th of Feb they sent me an email to confirm the installation for the 15th of Feb but the captured address was wrong. I had to give them the correct address and they promised to get back to me. It is taking them forever to correct the address. Up to now they have been sending me pillar to post. These guys are very unprofessional and there is no accountability. They do not respond to call nor emails. My installation number is VR-***
