Unprofessional
My line has been down since Friday morning. (40409). On Saturday a vumatel "hero" phones me to tell there's a technician waiting at my home to fix the line, they dont phone to tell me that their on their way or they'll be there in half an hour. This goes against their terms of service! Guess what, today they do exactly the same thing, phone me to tell me their at my house! Absolutely unprofessional!

19 Oct 2018, 08:31Guess what, the issue still isn't resolved!!! My Internet was working for a couple of hours and now it's down again!! I've had to phone my ISP again and get a new ticket number. Its clear that your technicians don't know what they're doing! I've essentially been without Internet for a full 7 days now!
