Unhelpful personnel

From 9 AM this morning I am with Vuma on the telephone. Sometimes the phone does not get attended to. Should they attend to the phone they ;put you through to so and so. And then it is music ,endless music until eventually the line gone down. Then all over again.....,..

All I want to establish is the fact if fibre is available or when will it be availbale in a security complex called Provence, Iris street Durbanville Cape.

It is now 13H15. I just cannot get the information !!!!!!

I never would guess that a private company will be so incapable in our beloved South Africa.

What a mess.
