Unhelpful

I am so disappointed with Vumatel services. I have been struggling to make payment and update payment details all day since 5am this morning. I finally made payment via easy pay around 11am, sent POP and got a call from an anget an hour later. It's after 5pm and I am still not reactivated/reconnected. All day there chat bot or online keeps giving an technical error message. I have lost a day due to not having access to the internet and it such a mission to get assistance.
