Unhelpful and rude Vumatel employees.

Moved to a new house, ordered Fibre from Vox. 4 weeks still no internet. Vox claim they are waiting for Vumatel to release the line. By the odd chance when i get hold of someone at Vumatel they are so rude and simply state that i am not allowed to follow up only my ISP can do this. Very bad service from Vumatel.
