Unhappy with Vumatel service
I'm so unhappy with Vumatel service especially in Alexandra. Every month since I've started to use it , it keeps on going off for not less than 12hrs . I tried several times to use their Whatsapp service to get help but still they'll only give you a reference that won't help you with anything. Furthermore after a day or two when it's online you won't get an apology from them , meaning that we are not so important to them at all. I can say to those who still want to install Vumatel , do not even think of this pathetic company. Do yourself a huge favour by looking somewhere . Now as I type this message I'm still offline ( 22:15 ) since this morning around 9:48 .
