unhappy with vumatel

i have been a vodacom client for many years, when first installed, they installed me under openserve, when i moved the first time, they kept me with openserve, never ever for many years did i experience any problems. but then i moved again, and the area was a vumatel area. since i was relocated to vumatel, i have experienced endless problems. firstly with the initial connection, where i also logged a hello peter call, was contacted by Stefan from vodacom social media side, and even he had endless troubles with vumatel to get me connected. since then, i have been mysteriously disconnected from vumatel side 3 times, every time deleting my profile. why and how, only they know. never has anyone - not me or vodacom - requested a disconnection, and every time i have to fight and wait days / weeks for rconnection.
