Unhappy with the service I'm receiving

Vumatel is the worst service provider EVER.....their turn around times to resolve issues are pathetic, and nothing gets done about our network issue.My Internet has been down from 22 March 2024 Up until now 26 March 2024 i have sent through numerous emails spoke to different people via whatsapp sending pictures of the router and cable daily only for nothing to be done. no further details or any Etr given .I was given two Reference Numbers *** .My entire neighbourhood has network only i am having this problem. Vumatel should just forget about fibre services As my problem has not been solved. MY CONNECTION IS STILL DOWN! NO TECNICIAN ATTENDED
