Unhappy with customer service from Vumatel

I'm so disappointed in their service, they don't communicate with clients nor sending any kind of communication. It's now 4 days in Soshanguve without network, been sending whatsapps with no luck of response they only responded once. Come month end they don't forget to debit their money... was advised to request to reimbursed if we're without wifi for 5 days. Mara really I'm not satisfied with their customer service... now kids are home and without wifi just imagine how frustrated we are.
