Unhappy with Afrihost and Vumatel service

I have been holding a pending request under reference number ***6 since Saturday. I have had no internet because the fiber box is completely off!

I work from home and theres no internet, can someone explain how I'm supposed to fix this problem? I've spent so much money on buying extra data and I have paid for my service this month!!!

No one is calling me back to update me, I have to chase after you guys to get this sorted. I'm losing my patience!
