Unhappy Subscriber

My internet has been offline since just after 11h00am this morning. I called my ISP who is Supersonic who logged a ticket with Vumatel. I receive an email with the request logged and an email from Vumatel advising a technician had been dispatched. It's been 3hrs and still not resolved. Vumatel does not even have a 24/7 support line. Called the ISP again and was advised it's still withing the 24-72 SLA. So meaning because it's a weekend, this may only be attended to on Monday..
