Unhappy first time / day user for Vuma.

Hello Peter, how is wish I could have Vuma' s reviews before making business with them. Their WhatsApp service and call center agent service it's pathetic. I was with Rain that gave me a bad service with thier billing process, but now as a first time user with Vuma I must say they are worse. My router was delivered @ 11h00 am and installed but I'm still sitting without internet connection. Most of us now we are streaming for everything we use on our Tv's. The next thing I was promised to be assist by technical support which never come back to me until closing time. Guys what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MZANZI?
