Unhappy customers

the service received from Vuma is very bad , i am a new customer and they promised to deliver and install within 3 days aftter payment , i have been making multiple follow ups with no assistance, their communication lines are useless and it takes forever to talk to an agent who will also not help you , please improve your service and communication chanells.
