Unhappy 1st time client

I have app**** for vuma to be installed at my home payment was done the internet server was webafrica but 3weeks past and I have had no 1 contact or come to my home to install it and I need to contact them every day for an update and when I do I need to report the whole story everytime bcoz they have a online chat I'm a 1st tym customer and their service is **** they don't value clients as well it's inconvenient as I have had no wifi for this whole month to me they are like *****ster bcoz I have already made payment but they have taken my money and I still need to contact them everyday
