Unfortunately, my experience with Vumatel has been extremely disappointing so far. After having my fibre installed, it has never worked—not even once. I’ve been waiting for over five days now with no resolution in sight. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance, but no one seems to be actively working on fixing the issue or providing proper feedback. The lack of communication and urgency has made the entire process incredibly frustrating. I expected a smoother installation and activation process, but instead, I’ve been left without service and no clear indication of when it will be resolved. I hope Vumatel improves their customer support and service delivery going forward.
