Unfinished work by Vumatel contractors

<p>The Vumatel contractors finished working on our Avenue but did not dig up my driveway. They also did not fix my neighbour's driveway. Vumatel are reluctant to restore the sidewalks as they were before the trenching took place, even though their flier promised that they would. I was given excuses. I then pointed out to them that a little bit of compost and replacement instant grass squares will do the trick. Whether this will be done, remains to be seen. After phoning them frequently yesterday and today, nobody returned to finish working on my driveway. The contractors have moved on to another street. My neighbour's driveway is also still in a mess. I am very unhappy with the state of affairs. If THIS is the service we are getting now, the service after installation of the CPE does not promise to be much better.
