Unfinished installation, no cover for the hole in the road

Vumatel installed the cables at our home and left a huge hole on the road where they feed the cables from. I have tried calling them, with no response. They just leave it so untidily. Now in front of our home, there is a huge hollow. Very bad service and absolutely no after service. Tried to get them through Facebook, on post visible we will try to sort it out for audience to see, but they haven't.
